When we traveled to Puerto Escondido, my girlfriends sister suggested we stay at Carmel Plaza, so I booked the trip online, and when I arrived, the hotel employees impressed me. The service we received reminded me of being at the Ritz Carlton. I took my girlfriend to the eatery for supper after checking in. Had a fantastic time there, the head waiter salvador was great, and the food was excellent. Bow. The best views of zicatela beach at this puerto Escondido hotel, I noticed that the head chef, Daniel Ortiz, was extremely attentive to food delivery and came over to introduce himself after we had finished the meal. I can't say enough good things about the food's quality and presentation 5 stars, absolutely, and the quality. He even offered to make us any dish we wanted during our stay and sent us some delicious bread samples. I was extremely impressed, and we did, so we wanted to come back. One night, he even delivered us an empty platter of appetizers and a variety of specialty bread to our room. I was already impressed, but when Manuel Hernandez, the hotel's general manager, visited us in our room during and on the last day of our stay to see if we were entirely satisfied with our experience, he put the experience above the mark of happiness satisfaction. We exceeded our hopes
