Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité à pied de plusieurs lieux touristique (musée des civilisation noires, place de l’indépendance, port pour île de gorée…). Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, propre et wifi impeccable. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et chaleureux. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We will gladly return.

Location! Location! We walked to the museum, Marche kermel to shop and visited other properties for lunch and spa. The beach is really nice outside the back door.

The staff were so lovely and kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were average but mostly clean and neat. The food was amazing and buying the breakfasts all in was the best decision we made. All in all this is a lovely little hotel which felt very safe and was comfortable, relaxed and friendly.

I was given the choice to get either a room with carpet or laminated floor, carpet was very old not so clean. That needs to be changed. Laminated floor was pretty new.

Prima hotel met nette kamers en vele avonden live muziek. Ontbijt is prima met veel keus. Zwembad is niet geweldig, maar schoon en je kunt er prima liggen met handdoeken van het hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de nabijheid paar goede restaurants zoals Lagon I en Farid.

L’hôtel Est bien situé au Centre ville de Dakar. Il est bien sécurisé. Par contre vous arrivez il n’y a personne à la réception et le coffre ne marche pas! Sinon l’hotel Est propre et fonctionnel. C’est un Novotel correct. Un effort doit être fait au niveau du service.
