Low season is kinda creepy as almost like no one around the hotel. But still everything is perfect, 10mins walk from the coach station and close to supermarket. Minibus or just ask the hotel to call taxi for you to the old town, suitable for a 2 days 1 night trip by taking coach like us. Staff are super friendly, little balcony for a fresh air. Overall i like it and will consider to come back!

Odamız gayet büyük ve güzeldi, yeni şehir tarafında yer alıyor, eski şehre ataç mesafesi ama biz çok memnun kaldık, gayet temiz ve güzel bir otel. Araçla Tarihi şehirden gidecek olan varsa gps şehrin içinden eski yollara sokuyor ama otele ulaşamadık, yeni şehir tarafına giden yolu takip edin çok hızlı ve rahat bir şekilde ulaşabilirsiniz.

Even though the personnel were friendly, the hotel is not geared towards Western visitors. There is no bar, no alcohol, and no coffee even just a few sachets of instant available at breakfast. The location is interesting as already said.

The hotel is quite new and clean, the rooms and comfort level are nice. The hotel is situated right next to some automechanic shops in the best location of town, most likely. The attractions of Safranbolu are not on foot. However, if you are here for work, it is close to justice hall. Buffet breakfast is included and very good. The reception staff were kind of lost in giving advice and direction about the city's attractions. Also, at the end of our stay they were confused as to whether to charge us or not, even though our room was fully paid to a third party booking website.

We stayed at Augur Hotel for two nights and had a good time overall. The pros of this hotel are the room size is average, not too small or too big, enough for two people. The furniture and bathroom are all new and clean. We were here on tour so our package included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was OK. The disadvantage of this hotel is that there is no sound insulation. We could hear everything and could not sleep till 2 am due to noisy noises like children crying, people talking and laughing next to our room. The breakfast was also mediocre, it was an open buffet with low quality food. The hotel is remote but our tour guide said there are minibuses 10 minutes walk to Safranbolu old town centre.

I was there twice during my previous stay at the Augur Hotel. This time, the hotel was crowded, so instead of getting a view of the front of the hotel, I was given an inside room. Although there was mountain view, the room was pleasant, with a huge, comfortable bed, ample storage, and a stylish design. Plenty of outlets for all your devices. The location is the best in Safranbolu, perfect for business trips, and close to the main attractions. Even with a very high occupancy, the hotel's service is excellent. Breakfast was delicious local flavours. Naan Ahmed, the owners, was the best host ever. very suggested. I appreciate your time. I'll return shortly..

Otelin yeri sanayi mahallesi, veya kağıt çöp toplama merkezi ortasında olduğunu bilseydik gitmezdik. Ama otelin odaları, yemeği dışının çirkinliğini alıyor. Yerinden dolayı beğenemedim.

Den här Hotel är förbjuden att man komma in med sin tjej, så fort reception personalen sag mig med min tjej, hon stannade oss och sa att ni är inte gifta, ni får inte vara kvar i vår hotel, det är inte alls rolig hotel när man ser sånt beteende avpersonalen. Jag tycker att ni måste skriva tidigt att det bara gifta par är välkomna i vår hotel, inte alla andra. MVH Kai
