Hotel ini terlihat seperti flat atau kos eksklusif dan ternyata hotel. Hotelnya bagus, sederhana dan harganya terjangkau. Lokasinya sangat strategis di antara Universitas Airlangga dan Its. Fasilitas mal yang sangat dekat yaitu Galaxy Mall.

Saya menginap di kamar suite dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau, sekitar 400 ribu rupiah per malam. Cukup bersih dan sangat sebanding dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Ternyata hotel ini dimiliki oleh Bank Mandiri. Semoga manajemennya semakin profesional. Karena saat saya menginap di sini, lobby dan resepsionis belum sepenuhnya selesai. Follow my IG:

Kamarnya lebih longgar dari budget hotel pada umumnya. Bersih dan rapi setara hotel berbintang. Perlengkapan mandi seperti sabun, sampo, shower cap, sikat gigi, pasta gigi, handuk juga tersedia. Shower juga nyaman, air panas oke (walaupun kadang-kadang harus menunggu 5 menit untuk air hangatnya), AC kamar dingin bisa diatur sesuai keinginan kita. Ada minibar dengan peralatan standar (sendok, gelas, mesin pemanas air), sangat berguna bagi yang membawa anak-anak atau balita, mengingat pada umumnya budget hotel tidak menyediakan fasilitas kamar seperti ini. Parkiran di basement cukup longgar sehingga mobil tidak perlu berpanasan di luar. Sebenarnya ini adalah bangunan kantor bank yang diubah menjadi budget hotel, sehingga secara estetika lobby dan ruangan sarapan agak kaku, tidak didesain secara khusus. Secara keseluruhan nyaman dan direkomendasikan, apalagi harganya masih terjangkau. Namun jangan kaget jika tim hotel sangat minim, resepsionis hanya 1 orang di ruangan yang cukup kecil. Tapi tidak perlu dipermasalahkan karena pelayanannya juga maksimal.
