Absolutely in love with this hotel ! The historical atmosphere! Stayed 3D2N. From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch. My room was immaculate, spacious, and had a stunning view (2nd room). I enjoyed the quiet and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located near everything and accessible by walk. Highly recommended staying here if you're in town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What I really like about this hotel is its location. It is very strategic, you can easily walk to Merdeka Plaza Mall, the Borneo Museum, the Waterfront, James Brooke Café, and many other interesting places around the hotel. Another highlight is the very reasonable price. The room and bed are spacious, and the room is well-equipped with a sofa and a table. The lobby is also very spacious, with plenty of comfortable sofas. I didn’t order breakfast because it was more enjoyable to explore the local food options around the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked the lift decoration, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Areas for improvement: the cleanliness of the windows. It was difficult to take photos of the outside view because there was thick dust on the glass. The bed sheets, although clean and fresh-smelling, looked quite worn and outdated, as the white color had faded. Overall, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Walking along the riverside in the morning or evening was especially relaxing and enjoyable
