The location was fantastic, after having traveled to Vietnams north. We were greeted by Rose with fresh tea and fruit as she brought us to her home. The community bed was so quiet, the area was already settled, and there was no noisy construction to wake us up in the morning. Rose was more than happy to suggest eating places or things to do while in Hoi An. The rooms were in a great condition! The first shower with a screen to keep the toilet wet had I seen of its kind. It took about 5 minutes to ride a free push bike with a basket into town, and it was a delight to see the old town! I heartily suggest that you ride bikes and not walking or motorbike because the chaos was well worth it! I appreciate Rose for having us in your home, hoped you have many more people to meet and have a wonderful time as well! We adore you!.

The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to foreigners who want to have a great vacation in Vietnam. By the way, Ba na hill and Cham island are so amazing, will come again and stay here.

Highly recommend this place. Lovely room, bathroom and balcony in a very nice area. Rose went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. Always ready to discuss places to visit and eat

I really like his spacious, clean, and clean room. The friendliness of the owners of this hotel is very good. Also, the location is also close to the front desk. All new cars here are quite good. They also provide free bicycles. We decided that the landlord needs to be more careful about the accessibility.

This place is very beautiful and well maintained and also equipped with amenities, everything is very clean and the room is cleaned every day, the location is calm and quiet, only a short walk from the main street or a free bicycle, and the wifi here is good. Plus, the staff here were very kind and helpful.
