City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.50 per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.25 Euro per person per night in Barcelona (1 Euro in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.75 Euros per person, per night in Barcelona (0.50 Euros in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Please note that all check-in and key collection takes place at the Apartamentos Marfina, 165 Paseo Marítimo.Cleaning once a week and change of towels (not beach towels) every 2 days are included in the cost. Daily cleaning is available at an extra cost.Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
