A truly wonderful stay and worth every penny. The hotel is exceptionally clean and conveniently located right next to a shopping mall. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the CBD, but honestly, the walk is part of the charm — Melbourne is a city best enjoyed on foot. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Camille, who greeted me so warmly upon arrival. She kindly allowed me an early check-in even though I arrived around 10 AM. Thanks to her thoughtful gesture, I had the flexibility to grab a coffee and a quick lunch at DFO (just next door) while the team prepared my room. I was checked in around noon and was pleasantly surprised with a room offering what I would call a “million-dollar view.” Another thank you to Kristofer, who graciously accommodated my late check-out request (1 PM) on short notice — much appreciated. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — not just because I was traveling solo. The bathroom was well-equipped with complete amenities, and the smart TV was a nice touch. Regarding breakfast, the selection is fairly standard — perhaps not as extensive as some five-star hotels in Indonesia — but still more than sufficient to start the day.
