Saya sangat puas menginap di hotel ini. Proses check-in cepat, staf ramah dan selalu siap membantu. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan wangi. Fasilitas seperti kolam renang, restoran, dan Wi-Fi juga berfungsi dengan baik. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan tempat wisata. Hotel ini memiliki tema yang unik dan kebersihannya terjaga dengan baik. Ibu pemilik hotelnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Terdapat cafe dan restoran. Terdapat juga shuttle kendaraan ke bandara meskipun harus bayar lagi, namun cukup membantu. Meskipun air hangat sepertinya hanya tersedia di beberapa kamar tertentu.

Saya dan rekan saya menginap di sini karena acara di Gedung Merdeka Convention Hall. Hotel ini melebihi ekspektasi saya. Kekurangannya hanya tidak ada air panas dan tidak ada tempat untuk menaruh koper atau tas seperti hotel umumnya. Suasananya sangat santai dan nyaman. Ornamen kayu membuat ruangan terasa hangat. Saya menginap di kamar 109. Air pembuangan dari wastafel turun ke lantai. Sarapannya luar biasa enak. Saya kira hanya saya dan rekan yang menginap, ternyata tamu lain sangat tenang. Kamar-kamar di sini memiliki lilin aromaterapi, sehingga terasa seperti spa, rileks. AC-nya juga baik-baik saja. Tempat tidur 109 (dekat kamar mandi) agak rapuh, tidak kokoh.

Saya menginap selama 3 malam di hotel ini. Malam pertama AC nya kurang dingin di lantai 2, lalu saya meminta untuk pindah kamar ke lantai dasar dan Alhamdulillah semuanya berfungsi dengan baik kecuali showernya airnya kurang kencang jadi alternatif lain ya minta ember dan timba. Selama 3 malam saya menginap di hotel ini.

Alhamdulillah pelayanan sangat ramah dan baik (Mbaknya Baik). Banyak fasilitas kamar yang seharusnya sudah mulai diperbaiki. Harga 600 rb per malam, tidak ada exhaust fan. Kasur yang seharusnya diganti. Semoga manajemen hotel dapat segera memperbaikinya.
