As Villa Yuka is a brand-new villa located in a jungle area, the road access can sometimes be a little tricky to navigate. The road leading to the villa is narrow, and there are no lampposts on the road heading to the villa, so it can get dark at night.
If you are coming by car, please consider renting a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. We recommend you contact our onsite team for any questions regarding

You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.
Other things to note
Please note that there is currently some construction taking place on a plot nearby Villa Yuka. As such, there may be some noise from the construction site at certain parts of the day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The space
Finished in 2024, the villa "Paradise House" has the charm of a recently constructed house with a combination of modern and classic interior solutions. While you will find a lot of traditional architectural elements of Balinese and Java architecture, the attentive guest will also pay attention to the modern details - some of them remind you of European tradition.
The bedrooms are fully independent and stay opposite each other, split by the pool. Such a position guarantees that the friends or family will feel comfortable even within the same villa. Every bedroom has its ensuite bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub, another one just with a shower).
The living room with an attached kitchen is right near the pool and has a nice sofa, table, and TV panel.
There are a lot of lamps everywhere and this lighting itself is amazing. After the tropical sunset, about 6.30-7 pm, you can enjoy the cool Ubud breeze and let rest with your eyes, enjoying the light pattern around.
Other things to note
Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.
In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
