A valid physical photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or National ID Card only) is required at check-in. Please note we do not take PPS cards, Student ID, Age Cards, or Blue cards.Payment must be made via a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking.Cancelation policy:Free cancelation up to 3 days before arrival.Cancelations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount.No-shows are charged the same as late cancelations (full price of stay).Groups (8+ people): Different booking policies and terms apply.Outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.All payments are nonrefundable.Groups (4+ people): A refundable security deposit may be required.Payable on arrival via credit card pre-authorization.Fully refundable on departure, subject to adherence to house rules.Charges & payments:All reservations are charged 3 days before arrival (per cancelation policy).No cash payments accepted.Age restrictions:Guests under 18 are not allowed in shared dormitories.They must book a private room with an accompanying adult.Booking a shared dorm as a minor will result in a cancelation fee.Fines & penalties:Any damages to the property will result in a fine of up to €200.00.Tampering with fire equipment will result in immediate expulsion and repair fees.Smoking on site will incur an additional €150 charge.Other details:Towels are not included in the rate; available to rent for €3 each.Alcohol consumption is not permitted anywhere on the property.Reception is open 24 hours.Management reserves the right to refuse entry.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
