Okay, let me clarify, in fact it's a lovely hotel with excellent orientation to the gulf, local officials, straightforward mobility, and a private parking lot for visitors. Mid-sized motel with antique pieces in public spaces, very clean, nice indoor breakfast areas and terraces, and good options for salty and sweet breakfast. If you want to workout, a gym with a view of the gulf is available. Really good shuttle service to Sears Beach. We had a lovely room that was large enough for all of us, the bathroom wasn't used, and there was a kitchenette we didn't use, but it was fine. The big terrace was great for relaxing and enjoying late night. If it wasn't for the prices, it might be more appropriate to extend our stay, as stated in my title. We expected a private jacuzzi or butler in the room, just saying! Although there was plenty of room we could use better, or we chose to leave on the wrong day, the terrace was great for us.

I must say that the staff is very friendly. The hotel is rated a 3 star, and thats all it was for me. Pros the staff. Excellent location. Nice view. Pet friendly towels were good cons the room was very hot all weekend no fan was available. They did drop the temperature 2 for us which helped a little. There was mold on the shower ceiling. The wall was dirty. For me it was definitely not worth the 200 night cost. We really had high hopes, but it fell a bit for us. Parking was free, which was a huge advantage and took some of the sting out of the price.

Very nice hotel with a lot of features including a nice private terrace and extra room. We got room number 32. Although we don't have plants or parasols on our terrace, we gave it a 4 star rating. Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff. Fantastic, landscaped terrace with sea views, well-furnished and covered, and a comfy spot to unwind. Great choice of hotel in Greta, close to the beach and the two old parts of town. Bus stop right outside the door. must see street call Del Indipendenza.

This hotel is highly recommended. I've been to many places in Italy and this hotel was fantastic. We were given the perfect room in a perfect location. After our journey, it was a good idea to find a good breakfast, nearby restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, always friendly and helpful.
