at first i was worried about my booking because of the review. it didnt mentioned the contact number, so i had to chat the apps customer service and finally got the number by email. the staff was not fast respond so you need to chat day before. but if you cant contact them, you can visit jungfrau residence, i think the staff was working there as well. the location is easy to find, even there were no number or something that you can read, but you can locate it by photo. it was self check in. i got surpriesed that we had a 3 bedroom, 2 with kingsized bed and 1 with single bed. i really recommend if you are in large group. the kitchens stuff and dining area was perfect. the toilet was ok. but the floor ceramics a bit cracked. you can ask for the interlaken pass and store luggage outside check-in-out time. so overall this exceeded my expectation! worth the money if you stay in large group. even if you go by yourself the entire apartment is yours.
