I've stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are rather small, but they have a microwave and mini fridge desk and chair. The management is careful with the building and grounds. Breakfast is a basic cafeteria, with apple or bananas and fresh wrapped pastries. Weekend summer rates are lower than the motels in downtown Lee, a mile away.

This was a stayover from Buffalo to Boston. Located far from the city center and all amenities, yet quiet surroundings. The smell of curry was overwhelming the first time I came to the office. We were surprised by quick checkout and we were directed to the room. We had low expectations but were pleased that the room was a decent size and clean. A refrigerator, to, microwave, table, and two chairs. Other hotels have two chairs but no coffee maker. Queen bed was a little soft, but it provided a good night's sleep. The noise from the noisy aircorn was a problem. It's like sleeping in a vessel engine room. We tried turning off the aircorn, but the noise from the next door aircorn could still be heard. Then the guests upstairs walked with heavy footsteps and kept us awake for a while. The sink and bathtub do not drain well, leaving pools in them for a while. The bathroom door cannot be completely closed. Breakfast is simple drinks and pastries are provided.

When I only spend $68 for a room, I do not have high expectations. However, I expected the toilet, towels, and floors to be spotless. Unfortunately, they were not. There were urine splashes, mold, or feces on the toilet bowel, and the floor was clearly not swept. When I unfolded a clean towel for the shower the next morning, there was a large clump of hair in the fold. On the plus side, it was a spacious room with a microwave and fridge, toiletries, kleenex, clean cups, working to, plenty of lights, and a luggage rack. Although a dated, but in good condition, the furniture was still in good shape.
