This villa is for family groups only, the villa is rented per floor. We have more than 1 unit for rent in our villa building, and to create harmony with other guests of this villa & our neighborhood, this villa is actually not intended for parties or events. Our quiet time is after 22.00, any disturbing and noisy activities must be stopped after 22.00. The host has the right to warn and cancel the reservation if the guest is disturbing other guest and neighbours.
