The manager named Donna was so friendly and helpful even though we had to call him in order for him to respond to the coronavirus. I think this place deserves it.

After the storm we had to cancel our reservation at our previous hotel! Beautiful old building in lovely surroundings! The flat was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen area was well equipped with everything we needed to keep us occupied throughout our stay. There were a few necessities offered at reception, such as tea, coffee, milk, soap, toothpaste, etc. The on-site manager popped over to make sure we were satisfied. The rooms seemed to be ideal for our needs, and our dog also felt completely at home. To be honest, the extreme weather caused a small water problem inside the door frame, and to be honest we were surprised that it wasn't much of a problem. When I let the onsite manager know, she immediately offered me an alternative room, but as we were settled we declined, so she left us some towels to contain the leaks. The only downside was one other visitor who couldn't be bothered to pick up after his dog. My only negative comment is that there is nowhere to leave muddy shoes and damp coats, will we return? Too right!.

The setting of this beautiful apartment is peaceful and there is plenty of room for dogs to exercise. Donna was extremely kind and helpful. This apartment was very tidy and had everything we required. The apartments have a beautiful view. Donna is extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks great, and it's clean, well-equipped. And the bed was so comfortable. In the apartment, there is a lovely park, and the cafe is around. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will do her best to resolve any issues that come your way. The location is very close to the country. If you want to go out, we recommend the nearby cliff castle. Don't forget to ask for the map that we provided. There are several restaurants and pubs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the place is not good.

We booked this as a guest from the area but moved to the ireland a few years ago. Returned to see their family and it was nice to have a place where they could meet for a coffee. Both the guests and I loved it. It was so quiet at night it was really clean and comfortable.
