The location of the lodge is very strategic. The location is also good because the facilities like the pool and Wi-Fi are also quite good. The breakfast is quite good, with the omelet too. The cleanliness of the room and shower is good, but the oats on the roof are not too bad.

Very clean and user friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant, well located for north and west travel. out of the city's nightly commotion and noise. Nice big bar area, good ablutions.

We came across oppa poppy while traveling through Northern Namibia. It turned out to be a well run and enjoyable overnight stay. The campsite is clean, and the chance to use the pool and other facilities was welcome. The best part was that as an overlander, we didn't have to pay for the campsite!

The oppa poppy camp in Kamanjab is almost like a farmstay. Two residents dogs, one big and one little, an ostrich that mating dances whenever it sees me, hornbills, porcupines, and genes are present. It is a basic and cozy setting that is ideal for an early morning drive of 45 minutes and 120 kilometers on tar road off to the Taja Rp Gallon Gate west entrance. The shower is one of the best with high pressure and reliable hot water. On site, there is a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are also campsites where you can make your own meals.

During my stay here, I enjoyed the calm atmosphere and tidy chalets and gardens. The restaurant was really affordable and the staff was friendly.
