There was a leak in the area in front of the bathroom door, but it was not followed up to be repaired even though we had reported it to reception. The room was not cleaned for one day. The receptionist did not explain the destination fee at the start of our visit. The shuttle bus service is good.

I just ascended to the front thinking I had made a mistake when I booked this hotel, and I did. When I went to check in, the receptionist was cutting her hair and was not very kind. The accommodation actually looked better than the exterior of the hotel. Bath linens were cheap, but the bed was comfortable. For reception, it was bad. The worse part was water dripping down the back of our room. The breakfast was basic, only a cup of coffee. I won't stay here again.

It was once more a pleasure to stay here. The greeting from the staff was a warm welcome. The hot chocolate elixir in the lobby was the warmest holiday greeting. I want to thank rachael Scott for helping me make my reservation during this busy season. I feel very privileged that the spa was excellent. My experience here was very refreshing.

The value of money is great for the money and this hotel is just great. It's hard to describe how stunning this hotel is. The amazing service is what truly highlights this place. They always recognize my fan status and the number of nights I have stayed there, which means a lot. Other places treat you like you're you first time with no recognition. No questions are asked, they upgrade me to the room type I want. Breakfast is included as a fan. As a fan, you're given complimentary breakfast. You can basically select any benefit you'd like, such as early checkout, free dining credit for $50, free dessert to your room, turn down service, hot chocolate at night, and coffee in the morning. How wonderful this place is is hard to describe. Closed to the financial center, it makes strolling and shopping a pleasure. The personnel are extremely competent, treat you courteously, and remember to do everything. I think of all of the Mandarins I've stayed at, which are many, while the rooms are great but kind standard, the service and people make this the best Mandarin in the world. A wonderful place to be, good value, I'd never try another hotel in Boston. Excellent job, Boston.

This place is really comfortable and is very helpful even when you are not staying there and don't have to wait until the last moment before you leave. The staff was very friendly and friendly as was the room and the menu. We are regulars and love seeing the hotels in the cooler weather. They also serve delicious meals.

Very comfortable, calm, private, and elegant! Katie Cutting and her manager kevin were attentive and took excellent care of us during our stay. The decor, the rooms, the dining area and the staff are very good. We will be back here again.

We will come back to stay here again. Wonderful property with outstanding service. The location was ideal.. We only wish we had more time to visit Ramses kitchen, the menu looked fantastic. Between john at the door and jason at the receptionist, I didn't spot a lot of names. We have never been treated so well or felt so at home. Our next stay at this property will be wonderful. The little chocolate in the room was simply loved by the kids and their little stuffed cuddly lobsters, what a sweet touch.
