HOUSE RULES

Dear Guest, we strive to provide you with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience. The following House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience. These House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Host and Guest.

PAYMENT: Reservations which are not prepaid online will pay in Cash upon check in.

AIRPORT Transfers: We only need your flight number and a person will be waiting for you, holding a plate with your name, at the Airport Exit Hall. Our service through our partner costs 30 € for 4 persons

Car Rental: If you need to rent a car we are happy to have you on board at our company Galaxy Car Rentals.
Prices Start from 25 euro/day for a small car and vary depending on the season and type of car.

SELF CHECK-IN: from 14:00. (Early check-in is offered based on availability, a charge may apply)
You will receive videos to help you find the apartment inside the resort and a key-code to open the lock.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (National I.D, Passport, etc.) at check-in.

SELF CHECK-OUT: until 10:00. (Late check-out is offered based on availability, a charge may apply)
Please leave the apartment as clean as possible.
Let me know the time so that housekeeping may begin cleaning the apartment as soon as possible. Guests are required to leave their key-card on the small table upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key, a duplicate key cost 10 €.

RESTAURANTS & BARS: Are open for all resort guests!
INFO: The opening of some hotel facilities, restaurants and bars is subject to season!

SMOKING: This is a 100 % NON-SMOKING property, including e-cigarettes.
Housekeeping and staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items. In case of non-compliance with this rule, we are obliged to charge the penalty of 100 € according to the local Law plus 3 Nights for Ventilation and Extra Cleaning.

QUIET HOURS: Please respect other residents! Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. No congregating or running in halls. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises especially from 23:00 to 8:00.

DAMAGE: to Towels and Linen, including; mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, curtains resulting from the use of body Make-up, Shoe-polish, oils, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

DAMAGE: to furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charged at 100% in full as new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the in Cash/Credit Card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, law enforcement charges will be pursued.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE: Please call the emergency nr 112 in the event of a fire or other emergency.

IN CASE OF POWER or WATER OUTAGE: Fortunately, never happened until now!
A power or water outage caused by Force Majeure, is unpredictable and in this kind of events for which no party can be held accountable please inform me and I will contact immediately with the resort administration.
