House Rules :
It is the guest’s responsibility to carefully read the rules and regulations as it is legally valid and will apply without exception to everyone staying at any property managed by Stella’s Apartments.
• Registration. Guests must accurately count and register the number of people staying and are prohibited from hosting parties or events at the property. Stella’s Apartments reserves the right to refuse admission if the correct number of guests is not reported.
• Arrival/departure. Check-in is Between 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM, and guests must leave the property by 9:00 am on the day of departure. If guests stay past 9:00 am, they will be charged extra based on the current nightly rates.
• Noise. The guests must always maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards neighbors and moderate the volume of their conversations, TV, music, and electronic devices to avoid disturbing others. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am!!
• Children. Minor guests must be watched over, and should never be left unattended by their parents. The adults will be responsible for any accident that the minors may suffer within the properties managed by Stella’s Apartments.
• Energy savings. Please do not abuse electricity!! Our HVACs Units can cool/heat the room within minutes, so there’s no need to leave them on all day to stay cool/warm. Turn off the HVACs every time you leave the property!!
• No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms!! There is a significant room recovery fee for non-compliant guests to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition. You may smoke in the balcony or outside the rooms. It is also prohibited to have any weapons or illegal substances.
• Inspections. The property managers reserve the rights to enter the property anytime to inspect, or perform any tasks: such as repairs and general maintenance.
• Cameras. Stella’s Apartments has installed security cameras to monitor the property for safety/security reasons. All the material obtained from these cameras will be available to the authorities if necessary.
• Damages. Guests will pay for any damages or missing items during their stay. Stella’s Apartments will decide the amount to be paid. Guests will be charged $200 for replacing the door key if lost. Guests will be charged $100 if they clog the toilet. Guests must also pay a service fee and shipping costs for forgotten items.
• Pets. Pets are not allowed at Stella’s Apartment’s.
