Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, parking bien situé mais petit, il faut viser les laces lorsqu'elles se libèrent. Trop grandes luminosité de nuit due au manque de volets ou de rideaux occultant. Sinon, accueil très agréable et très souple.

Estuvimos 9 dias, como cada verano, pasamos unos dias en Pas, y normalmente en estos apartamentos. eramos dos, reservamos un apartamento para 4 y nos dieron uno para 6...genial. Poca higiene, muebles rotos, faltaban instrumentos de cocina, pero para el precio, bien. A ver si hay suerte el año que viene y nos gtoca uno con balcon...despues de 20 años aun no la hemos tenido...

Overall the apartment was good. Decent size and enough amenities for a self catering appt. Close to the slopes which was a bonus however being so close ment being close to some bars and the main nightclub was situated next door so if you are wanting a good nights sleep be aware this is not likely to happen. Noise continued until the early hours. If you are young and looking for a ski filled, booze filled holiday then this is perfect. My only dissapointment was against the instructions given for checking in. I was told on my email confirmation to call the number provided 24 hrs before. I did this and was instructed to call a number once we arrived. When we arrived we headed to what we thought was Appartment Lake Placid going from the image on google maps but it wasn't it was lake placid 80. The receptionist was very unhelpful and just said sorry i'm closed this isn't lake placid 3000 but read the sign. We did which was not clear at all. Lake Placid is not one building with aparts but a company that have multiple appts all round Pas. I tried to call the number provided the day before and it just rang and rang. Only by asking a group of people (luckily) we found we had to go to an office to pick up the keys. Very bad instructions from the confirmation email so please be aware. At one point from lack of instruction we were unsure whether we had a bed for the night. However once we were finally in the place was good. We stayed in the Sky Appartment.

Ensemble correct. En revanche, la porte d'entrée est très mal isolée phoniquement. N'oubliez pas vos boules Quies (surtout pour le samedi soir !)

Le personnel de la réception ne parle pas français, c'est embêtant. La télévision ne marchait pas et la lampe de chevet non plus. Un peu déçue!

Réception situé à 15 minutes de l'hôtel et taxe de séjour surprise de 25€ pour 4 personnes + caution de 150€ en cas de dégradation !! Bienvenue en Andorre !!. Propre mais literie très très mauvaise, nous avons du mettre les matelas par terre pour dormir. Salle de bain et élec vétustes ++ Dommage, les appartements pourraient être supers car de bonne taille avec beaucoup de rangement.

Décevant car on a dû faire 30 km aller-retour pour aller chercher la clé dans une agence. Et se débrouiller seul pour découvrir l'appartement, avec des problèmes d'ouverture de porte. L'établissement est désuet et triste. De plus, l'agence n'a pas voulu que l'on règle sur place mais on a eu à payer 25% de frais en complément qui n'étaient pas mentionnés lors de la réservation.

Reservamos este alojamiento por error. Tenía abiertas varias opciones y me equivoqué, no puedo decir otra cosa. Finalmente y dado que la reserva era no reembolsable, decidimos acudir. Nada más llegar, una persona de los alojamientos nos atendió por teléfono maravillosamente bien, indicándonos dónde teníamos que recoger las llaves y cómo llegar al alojamiento porque OJO SI VIAJAS DESDE ESPAÑA!! NO HAY ROAMING!! Dicho esto, aquí acaban los puntos positivos. El alojamiento es un despropósito. Puede que si decides ir en temporada de esquí con un grupo de amigos te lo pases bien, es más: cumple su función concreces, sin embargo para viajar en pareja parece la casa del terror. Nada más abrir el sobre con la llave tienes una lista de 50 cosas por las que te pueden levantar los 90 euros de finanza, incluyendo que no laves los platos correctamente (los que había allí tenía un dedo de roña) o que no ordenes correctamente el apartamento a la salida, algo inaudito contando con que deben de tener servicio de limpieza. La calefacción brilla por su ausencia y las camas de matrimonio parace que también: tuvimos que juntar el sofá con uno de los somieres. Entre la cama y el frío parecía aquello una acampada al aire libre. El día siguiente decidimos pirarnos de allí rumbo a francia pese a perder una noche. No sabíamos dónde dejar las llaves, no nos atendía nadie por teléfono ni whatsapp ni había wifi ni portero. Estuvimos 2 horas hasta que un huésped nos lo explicó. Un completo DESASTRE.

Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples stay away.

Bonjour! Déçue à l'arrivée à la réception car le personnel ne parle pas du tout français, pas aimable et un tarif différent du mien (169,85 au lieu de 138,60)donc il y a eu des coups de fils et on a dû attendre. Décue aussi car il y avait 1 parking pour Appartementos 3000 à 10euros/jours qui ne nous a pas été proposé donc au lieu de 20euros j'ai payé 38euros, pratiquement le double pour avoir laissé la voiture le vendredi vers 21h et reprise le dimanche vers 9h3O (même pas 2jrs). Arrivée à l'appartement, la télé ne marchait pas, une petite lampe non plus ; le ménage pas top, de la poussière, les alèzes tachées et un appartement pas franchement au norme (des fils électrique qui pendent, un radiateur d'appoint). Correct sur l'espace mais un manque de rangement dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain et autres. Par contre un confort agréable en chaleur et bien placé pour l'accés aux pistes et pour décharger les bagages. Désolé pour toutes ces remarques mais je ne pouvais rien dire. Cordialement

Un accueil détestable, la personne à l'accueil nous disant d'aller au bureau de l'agence mais refusant de nous indiquer ou se trouve cette agence!!! Il est 17h à ce moment! Un commerçant de la ville finit par nous indiquer le lieu de l agence, là l'accueil fut correct, on nous remis les clefs.....on repart avec les bagages et une personne âgée ayant des difficultés à marcher! . Retour à l'apparthotel mais la clef n'est pas la bonne , il est 19h passé!! Je repars en courant à l'agence ayant peur qu'elle soit fermée! Après mes explications et des coups de téléphone, on me donne une nouvelle clef, je reviens à l'appart hotel, et enfin la porte s'ouvre. Nous espérions un peu de repos, mais hélas à la vue de l'appart la colère nous est montée au nez. La saleté et l'état général de celui-ci est lamentable, de la poussière partout, une odeur insupportable une brosse à balai sans manche! un lit superposé sans échelle, sans rambarde de sécurité et cerise sur le gâteau, les lattes du sommier tombant dés que l'on touche au matelas! Pas assez de drap ni de couverture, en fait nous étions 4 et il n'y en avait que pour 2 !!!!! Bref je déconseille vivement cet hôtel odieux et lamentable.

While this apartment block is about 100 metres from the ski plaza the condition of the building and the apartment that we were allocated was awful. Dangerous entrance due to tiled floors and melting snow, same as in apartment - just a matter of time before someone has an accident. Our apartment was shabby, heating and TV didn't work and reception staff really not interested in assisting with anything. Place seemed to have paper thin walls and was incredibly noisy. We lasted about 3 hours before we moved out and checked into another hotel just up the road. The price for a week in this apartment block might be attractive (cheap) but don't get caught out. It was truly awful.
