Very helpful staff when resolving a taxi payment problem. Taxis in Buenos Aires unfortunately do not take payment cards. Cash is the only available payment method.

El personal super atento, las habitaciones son grandes y las camas muy comodas, la ducha tiene una potencia impresionante, el desayuno lo sirven en Bonafide, muy completo y esta incluido, el internet de bonafide es mejor que el del hotel pero los dos son buenos. Atencion del personal las 24 hs , muy conforme!Todo estuvo excelente!

Absolutely fantastic! The ideal location. Alexandra and her team are simply amazing! Every day of our stay, we received 5-star service, all of the front desk employees went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and they continuously asked if we were having a good time and visiting our family. Simply impeccable is the cleaning crew! We returned to a lovely, spotless room every day. On the first floor, the presidential suite was a wonderful space! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets of the city! Beautiful balcony! Superbly roomy and fully furnished! Every morning having a decent breakfast downstairs was such a wonderful treat! Everyone was really kind and attentive. The property was in a great location, just off the street, close to shops, and the latest in Dedicate cuisine. Everything is near by, including an uber, taxi, and a convenience store just next door, to a great wine store down the road. 100 valuable facilities and security. Many thanks to the whole hotel boutique master suite devote crew for making us feel like family and having a wonderful stay! I can't wait to return!.

Fantastic! Absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect! Alexandra and her team are simply spectacular! Each day of our stay, the service was five stars, the entire front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and always asked if we were enjoying our stay and visiting our family. The housekeeping staff is impeccable! We returned to a lovely, immaculate room every day. The Presidential Suite on the first level was an incredible room! Stunning views of the city and stunning sunrises and sunsets! Wonderful balcony! Extremely big and furnished! Every morning, having a good breakfast downstairs was such a wonderful treat and very practical! Everyone was incredibly considerate and courteous. The property had an excellent position, right on the avenue, close to shopping and the whole new trendy dining scene in devote. Everything is right there, including an excellent grocery store just next door, an excellent wine shop down the road, an uber, and a taxi. 100 useful space and security. Thank you to the entire hotel boutique master suite devote for making us feel like family and having a wonderful experience! I can't wait to meet you again!.

The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area.

La publicidad de hotel es engañosa porque no es un hotel boutique y es un hotel Máximo de dos estrellas ya que los servicios son pésimos, toallas viejas y rotas, faltan cobijas para las camas, el baño no tenia ni si quiera manijas, la caja fuerte no serví, pedí comida y cuando baje e de la recepción dormía, la ubicación es pésima ya que está enfrente de una avenida donde hay mucho ruido eso sin mencionar que a un lado del edificio que es muy viejo por cierto están construyendo por lo que es imposible descansar
