In late May, I spent two nights at Tacipi Lodge and cannot speak highly enough of it. I slept in a duplex cabana which had the most stunning forest views. For those who want to get away from the ordinary burdens of urban life and soak up nature in all its glory, this is without a doubt the place to stay in visions. If you are interested in wildlife, youll be pleased to know that this is also a birdwatching haven. The staff was excellent, the food was excellent one of the first places in argentina where people are truly vegan and vegetarian friendly I will definitely be back!.

Despite being the sole visitor for the first few days and heavy rain, I had a great time at the lodge. Although I was the only one there, the first couple of days, I was unable to see any of the guests. The construction is of outstanding quality, and my cabin was roomy and equipped with a fantastic view of the Selva. On those chilly nights, both hot and heating are provided. You can stroll to and from the cabins on well-built walkways, and you can sense the Selva all around you. Many of the hiking through the Selva are enjoyable and rated to various degrees, and you can hike many on your own, descending toward nearby waterfalls. You consume what's available, and the meals are wholesome and regional. It's homecoming, not gourmet, but frequently wholesome and tasty with fresh ingredients. I took a number of excursions, including iguana falls and the Jesuit ruins, and I felt well looked after given the distances and the guides who stayed with me the entire time. The lodge contacted me before I arrived, asking for the dates of arrival so they could meet me. Hector is the only person living on the premises, and he was delightful and trustworthy. The guide, Jose luis, is knowledgeable, but he doesn't reside on site, so you must be flexible because he might arrive later than

Overall, it was quite lovely and completely different. Although it's difficult to see the subtropical argentine rainforest, tacuapi lodge makes it both easy and delightful. This is a proper jungle, which can be reached by major roads and then along a steep and occasionally lifelong dirt road it is better to find an ex or iron nerve. The complex includes a lodge with a reception area, a living room, and dining area terraces as well as a halfdozen cozy but basic wooden guest lodges with adequate bathrooms, constant hot water and air conditioning, as well as fans that are surrounded by virgin forest with the constant sound of a waterfall. The service is very personal. The experienced owner is on the scene and a charming receptionist, while the chef doubles as a guide, as well as the man who assists when your ex stops on the slope. The food is a bit limited, with a pretty ordinary breakfast, pasta for lunch, and supper, despite its pleasant menu. But there are alternatives, with typical cantinas about a 25-minute drive away. You can rest, listen to the chattering monkeys, swim in the pool, take one of the estate's walking excursions to the waterfall, or simply watch the wildlife.

We spent three days here. Although the lodge is somewhat remote, pickups can be scheduled. The lodge is tucked away in a very peaceful region in the heart of a forest. There are many different tree species and butterflies. Both Hector and Monica were very accommodating and thoughtful. We could only have hoped for a tour leader who would show us the local flora and fauna as advertised on the website. On the first day, this guide only appeared on camera for a very short time, and the tour was much shorter than planned. A hiking area and natural reserve are nearby Salt Encantado. We made arrangements to travel there for an additional fee. The subsequent trip was very worthwhile, but as the lodge advised, we recommend going there for half a day rather than the two hours.

Overall, a very peaceful and delightful stay. Aristobulo del Valente, close to a scenic and life-like path, is the hidden treasure of the northern part of the Argentina tacuapi lodge. A warm welcome, a lodge cleaned with the typical citronella and its wonderful flavor, some of the best views out of the hammock, wonderful food, and a very relaxed but caring host, hector, are available. We enjoyed the calmness of an afternoon spent by the pool, listening to nature, and a hike along the prepared jungle paths to see waterfalls and the said wildlife. Everything is set up with an eye for the detail, and together with the peace of this location, you feel at ease right away. The lodge had air conditioning and a fireplace prepared with chopped wood to cover all temperatures, mosquito protection worked great, the water was always warm, and the power didn't cut once.
