3BR House Games & Blue Mtns

Hello, valued Guest,
To ensure a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay, here are a few guidelines for you:
Your keys will be securely placed in the key safe at the front of the house. The pin code will be sent to you ahead of your check-in.
The address is: 12 Oag Crescent, Kingswood 2747, NSW.
The side gate key is with the main gate key. Feel free to use a padlock to secure the gate if needed.
Find coffee mugs and other essentials conveniently located in the buffet area near the dining table.
For your morning meal, we've provided some breakfast options.
Towels, toiletries, etc., are stocked in the cupboard close to the bathroom.
Please note, the back shed is not accessible. Throughout the day, Esthapanu, our caretaker, is around for garden maintenance and housekeeping. Don't hesitate to say hello if you spot him.
There's a switch outside the bathroom on the right side. Kindly leave it in the "on" position; it controls the hot water.
Upon checkout, please return the keys to the safe.
Text me upon arrival and departure.
The Wi-Fi details are as follows:
Network: NetComm9582
Password: xexutsrfxa
To respect our neighbors, kindly refrain from loud music or parties outside the house.
Should you have any specific requests or if anything doesn't meet your expectations, please inform me, and we'll promptly assist you. In case of emergencies, don't hesitate to call.
Wishing you a delightful stay at "Les Villa."
Warm regards,
Reji
