I have been selling apartments in anacapri for over ten years. The onsite managers have always been helpful, and the facilities and grounds are kept clean and tidy. The building offers a wide variety of floor plans, including refurbished and unrefurbished options. Its a great choice for holiday guests, investors, and owner occupiers.

I had to try it 10 times to get online because of some problems with the internet connection. The accommodation was decent, and if you choose the high rooms, the view is breathtaking and lovely at night.

This building features a lovely tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. Foxtel is also available. The views are breathtaking, including the canal, the ocean, and the sunrise and sunset.

The room 58 has recently undergone an amazing renovation to executive standard, boasting exquisite furnishings including a large tv and luxurious lounge with recliner chairs. Additionally, each room offers breathtaking views of the ocean, with a wraparound balcony overlooking the mountains and river. As you wake up to the breathtaking sunrise over the ocean, you can unwind with a refreshing drink on the balcony while watching the sunset.

Easy afterhour checkin and great value for a 3 bedroom apartment with great views. Kids loved the pool. The apartment was dated and had some wear and tear, sliding doors were hard to open and toilets were constantly refilled but i had read other reviews and knew what to expect. The staff could definitely be more approachable and less signs about the rules would be nice.

The views are amazing, the reception is helpful, and the maintenance is efficient. The air is wonderful. There is a pool, sauna, tennis courts, and a gym nearby, and the beach is only a short walk away. Tram to the city, where there are many restaurants, bars, and activities for children.

The room was clean and tidy and freshly painted. New kitchen and shower etc with views of the beach and river. Massive tv in the lounge and bedroom. New lounge.

This place is excellent for the price. Excellent location near everything. We encountered a mix up, and the receptionist went above and beyond to assist us. We greatly appreciated it. Ideal for families, in particular.

Excellent unit with excellent value for the money spent, a convenient central location, and pleasant underground parking. Excellent living area and balcony. Very cozy and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need!.

The location is excellent, the place is neat and clean, although it tends to be a bit outdated. However, the price is reasonable and the location is excellent. It was convenient to have access to a parking lot below, which was a nice touch!.

The apartment was on the ground floor, which was great, very comfortable and wellappointed, but the apartment wasnt very clean and quite a few things didnt work. The person at the front desk was very helpful. Great location.

I didnt stay here, but i booked it for my parents and they loved it. My parents didnt speak much english but the staff were very polite and patient. They also did everything they could to get them an early check in. Next time i am there i will stay here.

We stayed on the top floor, facing west. Despite the afternoon sun shining through us, we had a clear view of the river and surfers paradise. We loved the pool and the convenience of walking to the beach.

Will definitely return. Fantastic setting. Surfers are reachable on foot in five minutes. Tram on the same block. A hidden gem is harry at the desk!.

We rented a whole apartment for 3 nights. The place is well located and within walking distance of the city center and the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious. We got 3 rooms, one master room, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Each room has its own balcony door that connects to the other room. We really enjoy our time there. The living room and kitchen have all the equipment we need. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend it and will be back again.
