The apartment was fabulous, very comfortable, great location, and beautiful view. The only problem was that Expedia directed us to check in at a nearby sister property, but the process had changed and we were directed to check in back at the original location. Lots of unnecessary walking.

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man eher begrenzte Aussicht, allerdings sieht ist die Dachterrasse phänomenal. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Rooms were spotless and not crowded. Beds were comfy. Building is in a great position to vidit South Bank, CBD and Cultural Centre. We would go back.

Check in was painful. We opened the door to our room 40 minutes after arriving at the accommodation. After booking we were advised there was a separate check in process if we checked in after 5pm. I immediately contacted the hotel and advised them we would be checking in after our flight landed at 6:00pm. A week later later they asked me what time I would be checking in. After I told them again, they advised that the process for checking in would be sent to us via SMS on our day of arrival and would take 30 minutes from our arrival at the accommodation. Upon our arrival I had to call a number where I was on hold for 6 minutes to find out check in would be another 20-30 minutes as we had to wait for a person to meet us to check us in. This was really frustrating. We ended up in our hotel room 40 minutes after arriving and were subsequently late for dinner. We would have booked somewhere else if I had known this. Surely it wouldn't cost much to have a person on the check in desk for a few more hours after 5pm, especially on a Friday. Or you could tell customers to call let you know when they are 30 minutes away from the hotel. Good to know this about Cllix accommodation as there are lots around and I assume this is why they are so cheap. The accommodation was fine, spacious with comfortable beds, clean, had everything you would need.

Convenient location and clean room, no view and a bit of a fishbowl. Also air-conditioning system cuts out in the middle of the night and you wake up in a pool of sweat

Was absolutely thrilled with this apartment! Couldn’t believe how spacious it was, and somehow still a fantastic location and great value?! Incredible amenities - fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, massive TV, comfy furniture and bed, and a lovely balcony. Seconds away from cultural centre bus station and south bank train station so you can get anywhere. My only criticism is that communication was extremely poor. Check in was quite stressful because it was super unclear how you collect keys out of hours - despite trying to clarify multiple times well before I arrived. I had to pick up from a reception on a different road (which I had to rely on a stranger to let me in) which was difficult in the dark and humidity with heavy luggage!! And whenever I tried to contact them it took days to reply if at all!

A great apartment in a very convenient location, handy to buses, trains and shopping. It was generally clean, but what let it down was a dirty sofa, which had marks, food bits under the cushions, and mould all along the base. It really didn't feel safe to sit on. I threw a large blanket over it to use it, and was only there for a short stay. Also the TV switched on automatically at 6am! I would stay again, but would check the apartment over very carefully before unpacking.

Check in was at a different location but only a street back from the property. The views across to the city and down to south bank and the wheel were absolutely amazing, but no outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the views. Everything was within walking distance and Coles and Woolworths were super close by. Family of four with two kids under 6, we enjoyed the two bedrooms, beds were comfy and had all the kitchenware we needed but being a self contained apartment it had no vacuum cleaner which is crazy since we had a 5 day stay and no houskeeping. All in all for the cost it was good and we would stay again.
