This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend.

Small but nice and functional apartment. Staff are very helpful, specially the caretaker lady and her entire family. Their promptness to fulfil guests' requests was remarkable! Easy parking and close proximity to CBD. Highly recommended.

Love the pool, all the rooms have aircon. If you’re doing late check in, you’ll need to visit the janitors room.

Good to stay here for 4 nights with my family. It is a good and comfortable place to stay just next to Hyde Park. The Chinese staff is very helpful and kind when check in. recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Batavia. The pool was kept clean and it was easily accessible from our apartment. The place didn't come with many pots and pans but it was just enough to get the job done. The most annoying thing for us was the air conditioner kept turning off (it was Summer when we stayed). The staff member showed me how to reset it but it was very annoying to have to go outside throughout the night (such as at 2-3am) to keep resetting it as I kept waking up after it turned off. Despite this annoyance, I recommend the property and we would love to stay there again.

The property was so well maintained and spacious. I imagined it was going to be a tiny little area where you could barely get dressed but this well exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement, tea/coffee/milk and sugar facilities. I had driven 3 hours and all I wanted was a quick cuppa before heading out. It would have made my stay 10/10. Thank you!

Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation literally a stone's throw from beautiful Hyde Park. So too, Batavia Apartments is on the doorstep of Northbridge, the CBD and a smorgasbord of good restaurants. Whether your stay is about milling about the sights and delights of Highgate and Northbridge, or spending a night out on the town in the big smoke, this is a very cheap and cheerful place to stay. Bravo!
