I wouldn't suggest this apartment at all because the owner believes she owns the apartment. First, check in was at 2 a.m. and called the receptionist at 4.30 a.m. to say I was 35 minutes away. She said the office closes at 5 a.m. but go to room 11 where the caretaker lives and she will give you access to the room. I arrived at 5.15 a.m., knocked on room 11 and a lady the caretaker came out and handed me the phone. The lady answering the phone said I have to wait 45 minutes to get her to come so she can give me the keys to my room. It was a very cold afternoon, so my husband and I waited outside in the parking lot for 45 minutes. The lady came. It turns out that the caretaker's 16 -year-old daughter who then opened the office was extremely rude and handed me the keys to the room. When we left for the night, a few friends stopped by and dropped off their clothes in our apartment. The caretaker and her 16-year-old daughter knocked on our door saying the two girls had to leave because the reservation was only for two people. I explained to her that the two friends had only heard to pick up my husband and I up and drop our bags here until we were all gone. Very embarrassing! We

I have stayed here twice in the last two months. Both times, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities offered. The city center is close by. a block from beautiful Hyde Park. Good parking is available, and delicious cooking facilities. The pool is a beautiful place during the hotter months, and I was fortunate enough to get rooms on the ground floor where you can hop, step, and jump in and check in. The young lady at reception was very helpful. I asked for a phone number to contact them for future stays, as I have used accommodation websites before. I would rather deal directly with the hotel. On March 2, I needed to go to Perth. I tried the number they gave me and went to message back. They did not answer my call. Disappointed.
