We got an apartment with a big size and it is well equipped with all the amenities we need, including kitchenware. It's also very clean because the lift and entrance has a sanitizer available. It's just that, that the manager named Jodie gave this place a higher rating than others that I have ever seen. She is a professional and really cares about making sure her guests enjoy their stay. There is sometimes street noise at night especially for those who are noisy.

The apartment was nice and bright and cheerful. The view from the balcony is great. We were only a short stroll from shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. The beach and boardwalk were directly opposite. Management was nice and warm.

My daughter and her friends recently came back from a night trip to celebrate her completion of Year 12. They had a wonderful time. We appreciate you making them feel very welcome. They are lovely girls who only wanted to hang out and go to the beach. They liked cooking together and sleeping together. They said you were so friendly and warm. Their apartment was ideal. Thank you for looking out for them. A challenging year has been a very good end.

Stayed 3 nights in a top floor apartment. The apartment did require a face lift it was clean but very outdated the bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom very hot at night, there was air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedroom there was a ceiling fan but very noisy, bathrooms needed an uplift, the pool very small for the amount of occupancy garages and parking space very tight above all apartment ok but definitely not 4 star as advertised.

We had a great time at Belvedere. The proprietors were friendly and very helpful in accommodating our sports trailer and parking lots. The room was fantastically roomy, spotless, and equipped with a wonderful, fully functional kitchen. After a busy day, the big verandah and ocean outlook were both very soothing. The tiny pool is spotless and inviting to relax in. The absence of ceiling fans was the only negative aspect, but the rest was fantastic.
