Very clean-affordable and had everything in it including the kitchen sink. Nice and light décor . Cleaning lady was very friendly - we stayed 4 nights. Was great to be able to wash and dry clothes so that we had no washing to do when we arrived back in NZ. I would recommend Budds Beach if you are looking for somewhere affordable and clean and the facility to cook your own meals. We would definitely stay there again.

It's a one bedroom apartment that contains all that you need for your holidays. Great location, so close to all the shopping centers in Surfers Paradise. Quiet place, clean. Excellent for good but affordable holidays.

Despite being a little out of date, the surfers paradise price is unbelievably affordable. There are so many windows in Apartment 30, which is a corner one-bedroom apartment. Besides that, you can use your own laundry facilities! The distance to Coles and the beach is five minutes. Great for a budget-conscious couple, such as a backpacking couple seeking some privacy. Compared to having to pay in a hostel, laundry is provided for free!.

Stayed in unit 11 for 2 notes Basic unit obviously owned by a landlord who doesn't believe in spending any money on upkeep one bedroom little kit with a foldout sofa fold out sofa about a year old mattress is about 2 inches thick you can feel springs etc in the main bedroom isn't much better main bedroom door some crazy guys obviously punched a fist through and did basic repair jobs no latch bathroom is late 1 roll of toilet paper pity if a bunch of women stayed here on the back of the door list of conditions clean up remove all bedding blah the only good thing about this unit is position got aircorn and boxtel reminds me of the scene from csi miami where police walked through with one of those ultra violet lives.

550 meters from Cahill Avenue. Very convenient for shopping and dining out. The place is quiet. Without a doubt, value for money. Very clean and spacious for 2 people. Free parking, free wifi and boxtel are also available.

The location is great and good value for money, but if you bring anything, bring extra toilet paper. Most attractions and downtown surfers are within walking distance. There is no genuine reception, and the hours are sporadic at best, so don't expect customer service. The bed in the apartment I stayed in 12 was double, not queen as advertised.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Apartments are small and old. Decor is in the 1980 s and a bit worn. That said, it was clean, cheap and conveniently close to surfers. The biggest issue is that the office is rarely staffed. One woman was waiting an hour for someone to arrive so she could pay for her bill. The phone number to call went to a message that said to call later. There is underground parking which is fine. The building has 3 levels and there is only stairs to carry your luggage up. Bottom line, a cheap average stay between 2 and 3 stars.

When we inform that our arrival will be delayed the day before check in, "Why are you arriving late?" We were asked a little angrily from the hotel people. However, old men welcomed me at check-in and it was a very friendly response. Room was convenient. I also want to use it if I have a chance
