We had a cosy stay in a well facilitated appartment close to the beautiful beaches and reserves of the Cabarita Beach area. Our stay fell into place easily at the hands of the friendly staff. Many excellent resaurants and a supermarket and chemist were close by. Many scenic bike riding tracks and breathtaking scenic walks just out the front door. It's a great alternative to the bustle of the Gold Coast, but only 15 mins to Tweed Heads if that's what you feel like.

Tony at reception was a flood angel. Wet and distressed I was cussing up a storm out the door I thought was locked. Tony arrives and calms me down, books me in and continued a truly compassionate supportive role for travellers that were really just inconvenienced (perhaps a little frightened) as many locals were dealing with their homes under water. The state of the property just did not matter. We were safe and dry. Thank you Tony.

The property is in a great spot, we were in a room overlooking the pool and there was plenty of privacy. My only criticism was the bed in room 24, it was a shocker. It was a spring ensemble that appears to be at the end of its life. Sitting on it felt like you were about to hit the ground. Also if you are mobility impaired get a room in the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again, staff were lovely amenities great and a fair price for three nights accommodation.

Comfortable well equipped apartment in a good location, opposite a beach and headland and walking distance to shops.Older style complex so spacious rooms with undercover parking, pool and spa. No lifts but nice views from the ocean-facing front apartments with balconies. A second block is located behind the ocean-facing block with the pool, spa and BBQ area in-between. Ours was a two-bed apartment with two comfortable couches, large TV (no DVD player), air con, a modernised kitchen and bathroom (no ensuite) and a washer and dryer. Quality and condition might depend on the apartment. No 12 was very good. Managers very friendly and helpful.

Nice big renovated unit. Excellent location opposite the beach and down the road from the shops. Only negative was the kitchen didn't have an oven, but it was manageable due to convection oven being supplied.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was fresh, clean, modern and bright. Made for a great experience. Communication was fantastic and staff made us feel welcome and accommodated our requests. Highly recommend and we will be returning guests, without a doubt.

Because of some of the reviews we read online, I have had low expectations but I was quite pleasantly pleased! I stayed in unit 28. A former building block, but the inside is renovated and equipped with everything you need. The sheets and towels are crisp and white, but some of the window sills and fly screens could use a good clean. The bathtub was also updated and has a large shower and a shampoo-conditioner. The pool and heated spa were clean and we enjoyed them. Bd available. Definitely has a resort vibe. Excellent location, hidden bay and main cabaret beach are just a 5-minute walk away. Woolworths, a bottle shop, cafes, etc. are all within a 15-minute walk.

This is the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. Right next to a lovely beach with a great location for surfing, body surfing, and kids playing. The room was not ideal but I think it was adequate with the air conditioning. This hotel has a swimming pool and spa. We definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a decent location, adjacent to the beach and headland and walking distance to shops, supermarkets and cafes. Older style complex, so the rooms are spacious. No elevators, but nice views from the ocean-facing top floor apartments with balconies. If climbing stairs is a problem, best to ask for a lower apartment. Another block in the back parallels the oceanfront block in the photos, with a pool, spa and bbd area in between. The traffic on the road in front was heavier than anticipated, and there was no noise, with the doors closed at night. Our apartment number 12 had two bedrooms, a modernized bathroom, a kitchen, and a washing machine and dryer. There was air conditioning, a big to but no player, and no separate toilet. Quality and condition might depend on the apartment. This one was very good and was clean in places while displaying it's age. It's an older block, and it shows, but it is generally priced accordingly. Young managers were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed to work hard to maintain the complex as well as possible. We'll happily return.

This is an olderstyle resort, so the rooms are larger than the new sardine tins built in recent years to cram in as many as possible. While that is a plus, the downside is that the manager needs to be more involved and both the owners and managers need to deal with maintenance problems. The managers were very friendly and responsive to requests for little things, like the replacement of the light bulb. Great location, just across the street from worries knob, with plenty of chances for walks along miles of almost deserted beaches to the south or watching surf action to the north. Every day, whales and several pods of dolphins are observed on the sofa in the lounge area. The sofa in the living room! There is no elevator, so if you are on the third level as you want it, carrying luggage and vacation gear up from the parking lot can be a pain. It's advised keep your belongings as organized and light as possible, if you are on the third floor as you want it is, so you have to be on the third floor. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at Diamond.

3br property. Very hot. No fans. One air con in one bedroom and one in living area. Very ordinary. 2 guests had uncomfortable nights sleep. One ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. .

The late hour we arrived there was no sign or lit up directions for us to access the property. We had to yell out to residents around to find out how to get to our room. We arrived to a stuffy unit, ac not on which is a no-brainer on a heat wave day! Only one ac unit for a 2 bedroom apartment. Bedside light in the queen room not working.
