Please note that all apartments are situated on the first floor of the building, and can only be accessed by a set of 15 stairs.Guests are advised that reception is located on the ground floor below the apartments and is open from 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday for our guests to call in to if they wish.All our guests self-check-in via a key lock box, instructions for self-check-in are sent via SMS to the mobile phone number on the booking within 72 hours of your arrival.Please note that check-in is from 3 pm onwards. The hotel will try to accommodate any requests for an early check-in but this cannot be guaranteed.Please note that car parking is in the main car park which can be accessed from Tunbridge Street, just past Charles West Avenue. Each apartment has a lockable garage which will be available for use once keys have been collected.
