Good location and value for money, but the room is very old and outdated. The bathroom needs to be renovated and the rooms need to have a thorough cleaning, the kitchen is dirty and oily. Im glad i bought my disinfectant wipes!.

Walkable location to Surfers Paradise. Apartment living is close to neighbors. Furniture is well used. Most things work with a bit of imaginative effort. I enjoyed my stay and for the low price would stay again. Pleasant enough for a single or non fussy couple or family.

I was extremely pleased overall, very well equiped kitchen, nice comfortable queen sized bed, Great hot high pressured shower. The young staff member could not have been more accommodating with help and enquiries. Would definitely stay there again 😊

Lovely place to stay very close to all shops and the staff was very friendly the only disappointment was they turned off the pool from being heated as the weather was a little cooler than normal.

This place was lovely and quoted peace fullscreen frendley people classes clean, close to all the fun of the surface parade but sell far away Enough to relax. Love it hear good price and good value.

This place is close to the main street of surfer paradise, where all the bars and restaurants are located but still quiet in a residential area accros the bridge on chevron island. The location is spacious and very clean with en suite bedrooms, living rooms, and balconies separated. New carpet and furniture. Great price compared to other areas in the area. There is onsite internet access. Next to construction which is quite noisy during the week. If you go to sleep or just relax, then fine. No sauna or gym, only smallest pool.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service. Although the apartment was clean and wellmaintained, some wear and tear were evident due to the buildings age. Overall, excellent value for the money.

The location is excellent! Basic lodging at a reasonable price. The reception was adequate. There was soiled mirror in the bathroom, and the fridges milk was two months out of date. I had gotten accustomed to my stay.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Traffic tends to be heavy during evening rush hour. A peaceful place with parking that is sized for a street. Clean but basic amenities. There was no hot water in the showers in my room. The room is large. You must pay extra for wifi and air conditioning.
