The apartment was great. The view was absoultely jaw dropping. Kitchen well stocked but would have appreciated kitchen tea towels, wipes ect so that we could leave it clean. We did go down to the iga which was a couple of doors away and buy what we needed. . Please note that there was a very small double bed in each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. For the room rate at least a queen in each would suffice. Apartment was spacious for three couples and we would come back.

Excellenty located property , staff was very kind and helpful . Apartment unit was clean and all the amenities were great . General MGR Kylie communicated right away and kept checking to see if all out needs were met . Would definately be going back :)

I rarely share a review but these apartments are incredibly good value. Clean, well appointed, good location, quiet, communication from staff was fantastic, check in was a breeze. I will stay here every time I come to Melbourne.

The view of the room is stunning. The reception staff was very helpful. Be aware there is no onsite parking available. Customers will have to seek spots on street or reserve nearby parking.

Needed a two-bedroom apartment in Melbourne CBD to spend a full week in, to work from, and to have access to shopping and entertainment. The apartment was well-laid out, at an excellent location and minor issues were addressed by the helpful staff. Very handy to Southern Cross Station and free tram running along Collins Street is right outside. Will stay there again!

This was a very pleasant stay. Great location and our apartment on 44th floor provided a great view. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Very comfortable beds as well. Highly recommended.

Collins Street is the premier location in the Melbourne CBD. So what could be better than staying in a fantastic apartment right on Collins Street for a reasonable price. Nothing could be better. Modern apartment in a combination residential/rental high-rise with quick access to trams and trolleys to get you around town. Wished we had planned to stay longer than the three days we did. We were even able to arrange a 1 pm check-out on our last day to get a little more enjoyment out of our time in Melbourne.

Unbeatable views! Our apartment at Collins House was modern, clean, and perfectly located. The staff made us feel right at home. Being on a high floor was a game changer, seeing the hot air balloons drift across the skyline from our bed was pure magic. 10/10!
