The apartment on Drummond Street is perfectly situated between a huge Italian Quarter with lots of restaurants and a vibrant and gentrified Fitzroy. It is also near two parks that are great for jogging and recreation. The apartments are of a very different quality, so be sure to ask questions about that when you make a reservation. The people who work here are very service-minded. Special thanks to Sandy for being so helpful and nice during my stay.

I booked for a room at the top of LYON, but I found it to be very difficult to find it here. The location is close to the tram at the corner of Elgin and Lyon. You can also use the tram to go to Swnaston. They provide a small kitchenette with a decent quality. However, when I read the various somewhat convoluted correspondence from application, it turns out that the condition is really not good. The bed isn't very comfortable, but if that's okay, everything works fine. When I read the various, if not too good round the corners, the cleanliness was ok. There is a comfy little kitchenette with free Wi-Fi. I don't find it difficult to get in after hours, but when I read all the information, it turns out that I shouldn't have gone straight to the apartments, even though that's the case. It's not a bit odd when I know there is no one at the apartment after hours because there is no outside staff. In the beginning, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood, which is about half a block away, where you can drumming it for $ 3 an hour during the day. It's a quiet road, but there's a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests at night and right outside, which makes me

Although the property is close to Elgin Street and we were in room 3, which is located at the back of the building, there was no street noise in the room, which helped us sleep well. Excellent bathroom and toilet We reserved off-street parking in the secured area, but we were a little unsure where to park when we arrived because we had to walk to another hotel to obtain the key and verify check-in details. We had booked off-street parking in the secure area, but when they called to confirm our arrival time, they did not indicate that we would have to go elsewhere to check in, which was only a 3-minute walk away. There is no front desk at Drumming Apartments, as there is no reception there. In the dark, it was difficult to read the kevin pad numbers. Other than that, we would without a doubt suggest staying here for a reasonable fee and a comfortable stay. We walked to Melbourne University, which is approximately 5 minutes away, and the walk was down well-lit streets, so we felt secure. Be warned about on-street parking, as we saw a car being towed away at eight a.m. on the dot, an hour after the time permitted from seven a.m.

No check in reception in house and have to do it at Askron apartment nearby. Sofa need to change. Very inconvenient to have to come down from car everytime to key in code to open the auto gate. Should lower down the flat rate carpark fee per day for the guest staying in. Overall good place to stay.
