アクセスもよく、とにかく部屋が充実しています。近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、買い物をして部屋で食べるのも有りだと思います。もちろん電子レンジも部屋に備え付けです。

Love the room!The apartment location.Not even once I actually need to take Uber to anywhere Cos everything is just walking distance!And Becos I love it so much I would come back next month and will only stay at this apartment whenever I’m staying in Melbourne!Mad LOVE!

Well if it's your first time in Melbourne then you defently need a m see p and a GPS and a couple of days to get use to the place, but once you do it's a breeze. The apartment was clean and neat, and everything you need for a weekend or a week, but you must clean your apartment how it was, vacuum and mop floors clean oven and dishwasher if used, so its basically like a home away from home my husband and I loved it. Just downstairs to your left is a wollies, bws so there is everything right there!! Great location😁🤗👌👍

Property was clean. The only thing I would complain about was no knife and chopping board in the kitchen. But our stay was great other then that.

The bed was very comfortable, location was good, A problem with the tv channels. Could only get one channel. Overall highly recommend this property.

Had lots of emails asking when we were going to arrive - this was annoying as we didn't know that because we were on public transport. Had previously asked if I could arrange something special in our room for my husband's 60th birthday, when we arrived but never got any replies. Arrived at the Empire Apartments to find we had no booking with them - then discovered that the booking was with some random young Chinese fellow who took us up to the room. This would explain why we kept getting pesky emails - because he wasn't actually on site. Had problem with shower filling up with water - around our ankles. He came next day to fix (we had to wait for him to come though, as he didn't have another key!) with boiling water, but husband told him it needed a good clean out as was full of hair. Toilet seat was wobbly - he will fix it when we leave - really?!! It is a nice new apartment though, and if the things have been fixed properly, and if you understand that you are not getting a hotel-style check-in and will keep getting asked when you are going to arrive, then the apartment could be worth considering as it is close to town, lots of restaurants, a small supermarket, and transport, and is very reasonably priced.

Room was big enough for what we needed. Clean and tidy. We weren’t aware that this was was through a private company which made things difficult with havin no reception and no where to leave our bags once we had checked out.
