This apartment is very nice! We had a great time with easy parking and friendly staff! The room was perfect for our needs and the decor was ideal!. The lift was good and location of the apartments was great for qpac! Very nice apartment!

This place has a good location, close to many attractions. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but there is no phone reception on floor 2, and the internet connection is poor.

We frequently stay here when we meet family in brissy, so it has been a few times. It can take some time to get used to the train, but you do. For the location and size, it is excellent value, and we typically have adjacent or adjacent rooms, making us close by. Usually clean, however, this time, towels were left in one of the bedrooms, which was deemed obscene by the cleaners, yet overall i think its still ok to stay!.

This apartment is in the perfect location to walk to Qpac southbank, Brisbane if you want to see a show. Simple but clean and tidy. We had s 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for 4 adults and it worked well. Reasonable price with free parking.

We stayed at fleetlane to see frozen at qpac. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk. Our room was perfect, even on the train side but still had a nice view of the city. Room was clean and had everything you need, including washing machine, dryer, oven, micro, large fridge, air conditioning, and much more. Lift from the car park and electric doors to the parking lot are great touches. Dont listen to bad reviews, this place was good. We will be back.

I would definitely stay here again. The building is quite lovely. With the south bank walking and pool area just a short walk away as well as the bridge over to the north side, the location is excellent. There was sleeve construction during our stay, but since we had conceived, we were upgraded to ten bedrooms for the same price as if we lived in one because we brought ages. Cleanliness and wellstocked amenities were maintained throughout the apartment.

The staff was friendly and would stay again. My husband and i were a little worried about staying here because some of the recent reviews we looked at, but to be honest, the room we had was nice and clean, air conditioning didnt work as it should, however it was fine for the two nights we stayed.

I cant express how we found it. The furniture is clean and updated to suit 4 people, the location is great with rooftop views for new years eve fireworks. But would probably go elsewhere because of its age very dirty.

The location felt a little like it was in decline with small things gone unfixed for ages, but thats not important. Nothing that will ruin your vacation and that is really reflected in the price anyway, so i rate the experience highly because it provides an experience of prestige while being reasonably priced. Happy medium. The only critical downside might have been that the person ive shared the apartment with and myself smelled really bad, like poo basically, poop and bleach. Opening all the doors and windows helped with that albeit we adapted and burned tin cigarette smoke to assist with this without enough to set off fire alarms or be charged for smoking in apartments. Another downside which was also favourable was that there was parking available under the building, however, it turned out to be essentially confined to revolving the cost. It cant be helped now, and again, everything is incorporated into the fee. A great experience, thanks for having us!.

The rooms are older but clean. The two bedroom i stayed in had a nice balcony and lots of space. There was shampoo and conditioner but no hairdryer or anything else. In the apartment washing machine there were sachets of laundry detergent. I didnt have hygienic problems like some. Bathroom had an smell from the drain but he thinks its because it hadnt been rented out for ages. He ran the tap and shower to refill the drainage and that fixed it. Very useful for many things. Great for trips to southbank or city.

Easy and convenient location. They allowed us to store our luggage on the premises until 5 p. M. After checking out. The rooms are clean and wellmaintained.

We will never stay anywhere else again. I want to express my gratitude to all the employees at fleet lane, especially to lucy! The baby shower was a great success! There was an amazing view from the roof! Our apartment was cleaned well and is still in good condition. It would be nice to have more milk in the refrigerator. Once again, thank you very much.

This apartment offers a basic level of cleanliness, but the quality is worth the price. However, there are areas for improvement in terms of glass surfaces, and maintenance is required both in the bathroom and air conditioning. The rooftop top spa was not functioning properly, making it difficult to maintain cleanliness on the rooftop. While it may take some time to get used to the train, overall it is satisfactory for settling in for an overnight stay. Its conveniently located near southbank and queen street mall, which are just over 0.1 km away.

This apartment offers unquestionably excellent value for the money. It is wellappointed and equipped with all you require. An uber ride will cost between $7.50 and $113 per night during peak hours. The staff was friendly, the apartment was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Id love to know the brand of this place so i can buy one for myself. However, there are some drawbacks such as the dining room furniture flaking (pu leather), the coffee table had a wonky leg (we were afraid to put anything on it) and there was no cover over the light from the master fan. We were informed that they were having trouble finding replacement covers. Please keep in mind that there is also no pool and that the spa was not operational, apparently due to vivid lighting. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay with dazzling city views at night and would not hesitate to make another reservation again.

The major drawback is that there is a railroad line right next to the balcony, which is quite noisy and makes it difficult to sleep. The rooftop is an incredible feature! The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Everything was spotless, in my opinion. Fish lane and southbank are both within walking distance. But the rooftop, wow! There is ample space with couches and tables overlooking the city skyline. There are toilets upstairs. We didnt use the hot tub because it was covered. If the weather had been gotten softer, we would have spent the entire afternoon and evening there. Additionally, the roof featured barbecue facilities. 10 out of 10.

The four stars hotel is in the ideal location on the south bank. We had the best chance to walk and explore the area because it was so conveniently located. Our arrival was before 2 pm, but a very kind female receptionist allowed us to arrive early. The apartment has been clean and is merely sized for the two of us. There is plenty of storage space in this apartment. In the living room and bed, there is an orangered rug that wasnt clean or overpowering. If they take this rag out, the apartment will undoubtedly be much nicer and more appealing. Sofa in front of the room was unpleasant and uncomfy. Bedroom power outlets are fortunate. One side lamp is not used because theres no power to plug in. I had to recharge my phone in our kitchen. No tv in bedroom, although this didnt bother us at all. Windows havent been cleaned in ages. Hand or face towels are not provided. When we asked for them, they apologized and said they had run out of face and hand towels. On the second day, no face or hand towel was provided again. A friendly reception staff member called to inform us that it had something to do with the linen company they are using. Sorry, however, its not sufficient. As i didn't use he face towel. It was simple to purchase one, though ive had trouble drying because the flat didn
