Very well located apartment in downtown Melbourne. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Be mindful that they don’t have a reception or room service however they were very accommodating in arranging a way for me to get the key.

The amenities were appreciated, all in good condition. Very well received by the owner. The King Bed were comfortable, WIFI worked well. All requests regarding checkin and check out were handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Very Clean as well A short walk to the cafe lane ways of Melbourne. The location is awesome in Flinders Lane .

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment at 238 Flinders Lane. The unit was well presented, roomy and quiet, given its location in the centre of Melbourne. Big living area, with a big comfy lounge made for a couple of relaxing nights.The Regent Theatre, the reason for our visit, was a matter of mere minutes walk away. There was plenty of restaurants within a minutes walk.

I love staying at this apartment. Location wise it's perfect. There's a Coles and Woolies right around the corner, a tram stop at the front door and Burke St Myer is no more than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is spacious, quiet and very comfortable and the host is super obliging. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Apartment Flinders House located in Flinders Lane. The apartment was in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, MCG everything you want. Apartment was clean and fully equipped. Check in although not at the apartment building was a breeze and perhaps I should not say this but an early check in was permitted. Great thanks to Melbourne City Stays (Peter).

We spent the weekend in Melbourne to celebrate a birthday....a trip to the MCG for a football game, dinner at a fab restaurant in Chinatown and then on to Crown. The accommodation in Little Collins street with Melbourne City Stays was perfect - great location. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was great to have a kitchen!! Would be sure to book this again for our next trip. Special thanks to Peter - who was easy to contact!!
