We had a great time when we first stayed here four years ago, so we decided to return on our subsequent visit. Overall, this visit was somewhat disappointing. Of course, the location is still nice, and the apartments are roomy and generally cozy. However, the building and grounds must be cleaned and maintained. Our apartment was generally tired. The primary bedroom had one of four blinds missing. This would be in my view to be one that the cleaners can clearly see, and the apartment would not be suitable for rentals until repaired. But we were given this apartment and had to rush back down to the front desk to complain. After discovering the missing blind in a cupboard, the clerk who checked us in cleverly mended the blind using clothes pegs, clever but a touch heath robinson. It is absurd not to anticipate and take care of problems before new clients arrive, particularly in something as fundamental as a bedroom blind. The kitchen furniture is mismatched and appears to be a blend of replacements bought over the years and numerous bits and pieces that people have needed and then left behind in some ways, this is actually a good thing because there were plenty of plates, utensils, and other useful items, it means there are plenty of plates. The internet is almost adequate, the router was on the floor outside the lift for the floor, I believe someone needs to spend some money and install a

Located near trains, buses and ferry station. The location of this hotel is also very close to the ferry and train terminal. Patrick and Jonathan were both hospitable and supportive managers. They also had a nice pool with a bar area. Park Road and cafes in Milton are a short walk away too.

Overall, this is a great option if you need to be close to Wesley Hospital. This is a fantastic location, as previously stated. If you need to be close to Wesley Hospital, this is a great option. The first benefit of patrick and vivian is its excellent service. Wesley Hospital is about a 10-minute walk away from the property. We remained in founda gardens for around three weeks in a threebedroom apartment because my father needed an emergency procedure at Wesley. During this difficult time, Patrick and Vivian were excellent hosts. I appreciate their assistance, resetting dates, and other maintenance so that we could take care of my father. There was a small issue with the internet in terms of services, but it was fixed on our first day. A small pool and an inexpensive day membership at a gym are both within a 4-minute walk from the front door. The kitchen was very wellequipped. As already mentioned, this is a fantastic location if you need to be near Wesley Hospital. Keep in mind that there are some moderately steep up and down walking, which turn the otherwise 5-minute walk into a 10-minute walk. To and from the hospital, youll require a vehicle if you require wheelchair or disabled access. The Towing Mall was where we had our groceries and is only a 5-minute bus ride away.

Recently I stayed here for three weeks. Very good value and helpful management. The apartment is a good size and has a great view. The room was usually clean and tidy with the exception of the shower which had pink mold on the walls and needed cleaning upon arrival. The only other letdown is the lack of wifi in the apartments but you can use it in the lobby. Overall I had a good stay and would stay here again.
