Forget about the swiss-style views, consider the churchill apartments. There is a gym, but we didn't go there. We were given a tour of the apartment by Mike the owner and showed us what's inside. From the hairdryer to the ironing board, the apartment has almost everything you could possibly want. The kitchen cupboards are also well-stocked. The apartments are secure, and there is secure parking available there. The wifi was good, so I could tell the kids about how much we missed them. Close to the largest shopping mall in Washington and the train station for a 25-minute perth excursion.

The apartments are on the ground floor and have both elevators and stairs. Location, location. Enter the lakeside shopping center via andi entrance from the grand boulevard. The shopping center is directly through the train station. Nearby there is a lovely central park, and Neil Hawkins Park is only about 8 minutes away. A wide variety of eateries and coffee shops. Everything is within walking distance. Quite comfortable and peaceful apartment. Last in the block, apt 61, was available for us. Awesome stay.

It's my second time staying in this place. For the 2 weeks, this is my favourite place, it's just like this place. The location is quite close to restaurants and parking. The unit is clean and has all the facilities we need, and the bed is comfortable. And then, the fact that there isn't any room service every day because we have to pay our housekeeping every day makes me feel uncomfortable. After that, the bathroom's interior and exterior are very neat.

Michael's communication was excellent, with several emails being exchanged throughout the inquiry and booking procedure. He then greeted us at check-in to see if we were okay with our 7 night stay and gave us complete and detailed information on all cleaning problems. Several restaurants and a huge shopping center and a train station with a regular and fast train service were both within 100 meters of the apartment, whereas a large shopping center and railway station were a 2-minute walk away. We were on the ground floor and were able to access this from a dreadful elevator. On the first evening, we had drinks on the balcony, but a four-foot high brick wall in front of us severely restricted our view while sitting. This is peculiar to apartment 59. According to our observation, other apartment railings were present in the other apartments. A second set of keys would have been preferable because they had to explore the site prior to entry to the apartments. On a few occasions, we separated from the apartment and needed to speak with each other before our return. Aside from those two minor criticisms, we had a great time at Churchill Apartments and would stay there again if we were fortunate enough to visit Perth.

I stayed here over the Christmas holiday and new year. The location seemed more than ideal for the forthcoming awkward season. You wind up at the biggest shopping mall in Washington literally crossing the street. The train bus station was also a brief walk across the mall, which was extra useful. Thank you to Cosmos Kebabs for providing the finest kebab service. A memorial park with a small lagoon was also located on the other side of the structure, making it a great place to let the kids burn off energy after staying in an apartment. Hospitals were also minutes away, should any emergencies. A quick overview of the unit. Everything was safe on arrival, including the entry system and the gate access parking at the back of the structure. At first glance, the apartment was very cozy and simple to install. Everything was covered for, and I would now continue to stay there. There is more than one key in the apartment. Aircorn in all the bedrooms, not just in the main loungeroom for someone with a disability, the grd floor probably isn't ideal for an emergency situation, and if the lift is accessible, it would be rather difficult to go down stairs. Overall though, this is a terrific location, and I highly recommend staying here! Excellent job.
