NO SMOKING - Please do not smoke inside the home, you may smoke outside. If you’re smoking outside, please remove your butts.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING - the home is air conditioned and heated throughout. Please turn the air con and heating off when you’re not home as this does cost a lot to run. The home cools down and warms up very quickly, so please only use while you’re at home.
ON VACATING - Please take rubbish to the bins and make sure all dishes, pots, pans etc are clean before checking out. Thank you.
