Great location, within easy walking distance of South Perth foreshore, Windsor Hotel & Zoo. Beautiful suburb with lots of large trees lining the streets. Property great with lovely balcony, protected from the wind.

I loved the fountains in the pictures for the apartments but was a bit disappointed to find that they had been a bit neglected. We had a lovely stay - only issue was with loud noises and talking from whoever was in the apartment above us. This was on and off between 11:20pm and 1:40am when the note for the Quiet Time states no loud noises between 10pm and 7am. The noises woke my Husband up who initially thought it was our 3 older kids making a racket in their room but they were fast asleep and also woke up our youngest daughter. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, our beds were very comfy and the rooms were neat and tidy.

For $ 193 which I booked from one Saturday night when we traveled from the Swan River, it was a fair deal. Our room was spacious enough, exceptionally tidy, nicely furnished, and clean. Although the freeway was within sight, you could see the river, but we had no idea. The employee at the front desk was responsive and informative. Parking was a problem. There aren't many parking spaces and very little accessibility, so be careful if you have a larger vehicle. The back parking lot is still damaged and taped off. The room's size pleased us. As well as having everything you might require for a longer stay, it is equipped. The room was clean enough, although the carpet might need some stretching. The absence of street noise was the best feature. Yeah, we might return. If you're not expecting a 5 star hotel, the price is decent.

I never would have paid me to stay there and not the other way around. I normally only write good reviews because I hate giving bad ones, but this one leaves me unable to let it slip. Ill begin with the positives. The ferry is a short 10-minute walk away, the esplanade is a beautiful walk, as is Kings Park. Mister Walker Restaurant has excellent coffee and is a nice place to eat. A good washing machine and dryer was beneficial. The provided bath towels were sufficient in size and in decent condition. Now to the less fortunate. The shower is filthy, with mold on all sides. Stains on the mattresses are infuriating and I don't like anything I've ever seen before. It requires burnout. Cleaning is only done on the inside, as everything behind the couch, glass doors, windows, and door tracks are all filthy. A tidy kitchen appeared to have never been cleaned outside, ever! The curtain needs to be replaced or at the very least dry cleaned. The owner of this unit needs to strip it out and blast it with a high-pressure cleaner. We have never remained in a unit that was so unhappy with. They should have paid us to stay there instead of the other way around.

Arrived very late, after reception had closed. Received late check in instructions which provided me no issues. Older property with ok amenities, older air conditioning. No ventilation in the bedroom, on the hot night that I stayed it would have helped to have a fan of aircon in the bedroom.
