Please, no party. No loud music, or gathering with drinks. This is a home that is not suitable for any of these activities.
Please think of the neighbours while you are staying.
- This is a non-smoking apartment. If you must take a cigarette, please kindly do so on street. Smoking inside the room will incur a fine.
- Please don't hang any items over the balcony. Absolutely no discharge of any items from the balcony, there are pedestrians downstairs.
- Use your parking access card to enter the carpark. Please do not take a ticket. If you take a ticket at the gate instead of using the parking pass, Apollo Parking will charge you on the ticket (and it is pricy).
- If you have accidentally spilled something outside of the unit in the common area, please clean it up. Other people may slip and injure themselves.
- The carpet is 100% wool. Please look after them and avoid spilling drinks (especially wine or coffee).
Lock-out: If you have locked yourself out, a lockout fee of $60.00 (10AM to 5PM), or $90.00 after 5pm payable upon arrival.
The key collect closes at 10pm. If you are arriving later than 10pm, please kindly advise us ahead of time and it will incur a late check-in fee of $90.00, which is the same as the after-hour lockout.
If you have misplaced the keys, there will be costs for key replacement (they cost a fortune + long time to arrive) plus other charges (eg. lock change etc). Preferable if they are not lost.
NOT INCLUDED: Refundable Security Deposit AUD $300.
An Online Check-in Link will be sent to you once booking is received. Ensure to upload a valid photo ID and a chargeable credit card, both required to be in the name on the booking. Important: Failing to validate your ID and/or charge the security deposit will result in Cancellation.
If no damage or other charges occurred during the stay, your deposit will be released upon check-out. Please note: the time it takes to reflect in your account is subject to your bank.
