The location is excellent, just across the street from the beach, and close to restaurants. And then, the service from the new owners was excellent. After that, the decoration in the room was contemporary and clean. Subsequently, the rooms were spacious and well-kept.

The location was close to stores and restaurants and directly to the beach. The apartment, though, was outdated and in need of repair. Cottage cheese ceiling in the bedroom. Nothing new. In the bathroom, there is purple-tinted lighting. The second bedroom has an odd bed that is mounted on a wall. The lounge suite was worn out and the recliner required a lot of strength and maneuverability to operate. Having to reprogram the channels required a reprogramming. The boxtel was not functional. The cabinets were flabbergasted. WiFi was inoperable. The verandah was filthy. The kitchen bin and surrounding furniture were filthy. A free bag of ripe, worn out pistachios in the cupboard. handy tip, bring your pool towel or hire one for your stay for $5.

I have a second time at the Pacific Regis and I adored the view from the top floor, facing south east. I spent much time on the balcony, enjoying the gold coast's beachside lifestyle. Thank you to the staff for always being there when needed over the last 12 months, especially Amber during this visit. The apartment where I stayed for two weeks was in a fantastic position, but in dire need of maintenance, ie. painting the whole house and the front door. Furniture was upgraded because the majority of it appeared to be from a secondhand store. Also the bedside lamps. There was no globe. The double bed was unpleasant and packed a lot of mold. On Monday. Cleaning service removed the mold on Friday! On this note. If maintenance and repairs were done as a matter of urgency, I would stay in the same apartment!.

This location was convenient for shopping and dining and the location was across from the beach. The apartment is old and in need of some repairs, but the ceiling is covered with cottage cheese. Bedroom ceiling and bed cover are like cardboard. Toilet lighting in purple tinted paint. Bed in second bedroom with strange walls. The lounge suite is worn and reclines require a high level of strength and agility to run. I had to update the to channels. Boxtel did not work, to the cabinet was torn apart and Wifi was not working. The verandah was soiled. The bin and surrounding area in the kitchen were filthy. There is a free packet of ripe old pistachios in the cupboard.
