A $250 Security Deposit is required for each room at the time of check-in or prior to arrival if requested. The deposit can be paid via cash or credit card pre-authorization. Debit cards are not accepted.
After-Hours Arrival PolicyGuests arriving outside of reception hours are required to pre-pay the AUD 250 Security Deposit using a valid credit card and arrange for an after-hours check-in. An AUD 10.00 fee applies to arrivals after 06:00 PM, which will be deducted from the Security Deposit. For emergency assistance when reception is closed, please contact the property directly.
An offsite car park is available at 5AUD per night.
Car parking is available at an additional charge and subject to availability.
Reception hours on Sundays will be limited until 03:00 PM. For all check-in enquires, please contact the property directly.
Rooms are serviced prior to your arrival and will not be serviced during your stay unless 8 day or more stay. Extra housekeeping service and amenities during your stay including fresh towels are available at additional costs.
The maximum height of vehicles going into the parking lot is 2 meters.
