The location to the beaches and strip was the best part of Paradise Island and the fact that it was back from the main strip. The room was clean and had all the facilities I required. Parking was under and I always found a spot. As I was working, I didnt have an opportunity to check out all the facilities but it was perfect for my requirement which was a place to base myself. Trams were close but didnt have an opportunity to use.

The front desk staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. We arrived early and were able to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. Room was great, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The rooms need revamping updating but the rest of the place was very clean and tidy jo at the front desk was excellent and very helpful breakfast is a bonus plenty to eat all the staff very friendky would stay here again

Location wise is very good, walking distance to Surder paradise where all the center of attraction. Is very convenient to catch public transport. The public facilities here is very good. The bed is very wide as ordered. But the one thing need to pay attention or clarify that not each room have washing machine & dryer facilites & also oven (As the picture can be quite inaccurate)

The beds were very old and had worn out hard mattresses. After flushing the toilet would not refill straight away. The room needed a face lift and some maintenance but was clean. Staff were always pleasant and welcoming. The only real downside was the condition of the mattress otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Kebijakan Kedatangan di Luar Jam Operasional
Tamu yang tiba di luar jam operasional resepsionis diwajibkan untuk melakukan pembayaran di muka atas Deposit Keamanan sebesar AUD 250 menggunakan kartu kredit yang masih berlaku dan mengatur proses check-in di luar jam operasional.
