Because I would go to stay here again, thank you to the team. The host is very polite and allowed us to check out late as I was awake near the check out time.

This apartment is in the city center, near Hongde Park. The room is very good, the comfort is good, they also provide a rooftop view, plus they are very reasonable price.

The photos were perfect, I spotted them. Finally, we inspected our room. The roof pool was closed, the washing machine was broken, and the room was rather worn out. Trying to cancel, I spoke with a helpful rep on the phone, there are no ones on site, you retrieve your keys from the oaks hotel. He generously offered an alternative flat and informed me that the pool was closed due to ash from the bushfires. He assured me that it would open that evening. At that point, we, on the whole, selected to stay. They were also good about our son, whose reservation hadn't been registered, and they didn't charge him more. However, the pool was still closed the following day, and an onsite worker informed us that it wouldn't open until the next morning as the water was green. Given that I had been assured that the pool would open the previous night, I respectfully sent a sum expressing my dissatisfaction. Its a great location, but at night, it is quite noisy, with sirens and people partying late. The outdated windows and patio doors do not offer much acoustic dampening. Other advantages are excellent location, easy wifi despite being slum, and comfortable beds, wine, and chocolates on arrival. Other drawbacks are very old decor, fixtures and fittings filthy
