I would strongly recommend it to friends and family. This was my first time booking through the Perth city apartment hotel, and i must say that i was pleasantly surprised by the central location and the apartments cleanliness, which was incredibly clean and convenient. I received my entire security bond back the day i left!.

Great location, roomy self contained units clean and modern everything you need for short or long stay kitchenette ,washer ,dryer . Staff friendly, accomadating and helpful. I will stay again and recommend highly. Thankyou for a lovely stay

We booked the two bedroom apartment for the three of us (My husband and I, and my mother) at very short notice when my father was suddenly hospitalised for emergency surgery at Royal Perth Hospital while the 4 of use were on holidays in WA. The apartment was neat, clean, simple, comfortable, and perfect for us. Having laundry facilities (washer, dryer and clothes horse) in the apartment itself was so very helpful. We found the manager (Eddie) very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs and enquiries. We stayed 5 nights while my father recovered after surgery, and my husband even got a chance to relax in the pool. The location was excellent for the Green and Yellow Cat (free buses) into Perth city, and there was a nice little Thai restaurant a few doors down too. Parking was also easy. All of us would certainly stay there again, and would certainly recommend it to others.

Stay was nice and convenient, Eddie was accomodating and friendly. The only down thing was the lounge seating was dirty/stained.

The owner and staff were accommodating, and checkin was delayed. The apartment was decent, but the only drawback was that there werent enough toiletries for five days. Other rooms were disruptive, and there was city traffic noise.

Ive been here a lot of times with no complaints, or if there is, its easily resolved. Just remember that youre not at your own place, the requirements for staying are pretty simple. Cheers, ed.

I recently stayed with my 3 dogs because we had to evacuate last minute from the bushfires. It was a huge relief to have such great customer service at this time, the whole process from checking in to checking out was a breeze. I entered the room and found it lovely and clean with the air conditioning on. A big bonus on a 40 deg day. It was in the perfect location for me. Beautiful park half a block away. Easy access and parking.
