Overall, this is great for a few nights considering the cost. We only spent two nights in a one-bedroom apartment, and we were very satisfied with our stay. It was tidy and suitable for our needs. This feels more like staying in a nice motel than one I would personally call a resort, but the costs reflect this. The units are individually owned, and when talking to other guests, there appeared to be a little bit of quality variation. None of the crockery or cutlery in our unit matched, which is acceptable it was all clean and functional, but a bit a reflection of the character of the whole place, which was friendly, clean, and cheerful in parts. With four pools, we were always able to swim, often having a pool to ourselves or almost. The pools were immaculately clean and well-layered out. The windows in the main room are louvre blinds and do not have glass or insect mesh. I think this would be undesirable during a longer stay, especially in warmer or wet season. It meant the space was quite dark if you kept them closed and too warm if you kept them open for long, the aircorn had many warnings about not operating it with the doors open. Adding a second set of glass slider doors in the arches to the kitchenliving area and treating the dining space as more of a sunroom

A few streets away, out of the opulent esplanade, what a treasure for us. This was an excellent find. The resort has a back entry, cutting off time walking to the esplanade, beachside restaurants, we also spent the first week on the esplanade in another resort, now having down both we preferred mango lagoon by far. Relaxing, tranquil retreat, clean, incredibly comfortable, and extremely spacious lodging, we were upstairs believe room 219? No lifts, fortunately my partner is very capable of carrying luggage up, ask for a ground floor if you feel you may have mobility issues. Also, the shower is in a bath, which may be a problem for some, was ok for us, and I think the rooms may be distinct from others. 4 lovely pools, garden areas. While there.. There was a cafe in the mornings which only served coffee, but I believe it will soon be serving food. Thanks so much Caroline, you are a credit to the mango lagoon, it was a pleasure to meet you every day. Everything you needed, including air conditioning, tons of ceiling fans, good cooking equipment, microwave, large fridge, and plenty of utilities. Washing machine, dryer, and supplies for start-of-the-way. In your rooms, there is so much more to mention about this

I spent six days here with three other couples. The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. Clean and well-kept facilities were present. The pool is not heated, which is a touch chilly! The proximity to the pool from the rooms is a good thing because it can be noisy when there are kids swimming and playing in the early morning and late at night. Nice resort, but I would rather be closer to the beach the next time. The main road and beach are a short walk away.

Overall, we had a great time swimming in the pool, but there were still many issues with apartment 38 itself. details, below. Positives, the personnel were friendly. The pools were tidy, warm, and peaceful. Despite the fact that it cost 350 dollars per night for a one-bedroom apartment, the king bed was two single sheets pushed together without a mattress cover, making us feel like we were in separate mattresses. The sheets were so scorched that I kept waking up with the sounds of rolling over and how scratchy they were. We ended up buying sheets to use just so we could sleep. The bedroom to the shower and toilet have a hole in the wall, so you can hear your partner going to the restroom. Outside screens are covered. Therefore, you had to open them to get any light, but there were no windows, glass, or fly screens, so you might as well be sitting outside with mosquitos, noise, and heat. Managers have thermostats that are set to 24 degrees, so you cannot change them unless you contact them. Lover doors from the bedroom to the rest of the apartment, so there is nowhere quiet for a baby to sleep, and there are no designated parks, so you are unable to park at the venue. Toilet paper rolls for the ten-day stay, an additional roll is $32. The spa bath is dirty and the button is broken.

I will recommend it. I received the most wonderful pregnancies massage by Tori. Spa is located in the middle of a pool area, which I struggled to locate. But Caitlin was incredibly helpful and didn't mind calling me because she genuinely walked me to the door over the phone! There are plenty of plants and sheer drapes to ensure privacy, although I was concerned about the show I was putting on for the other guests. Being surrounded by a stunning backdrop and waterfall sounds makes for a true spa experience, which is close to asleep. Tori was really polite and competent and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
