It's closer for the Airport and shopping centres and businesses i love it and most of all i enjoyed staying there.

Good value for money, place was clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and food venues. Only down side was directly below the landing route for aircraft, but only an issue if sitting outside. Reception not always attended but a phone number provided that was always answered. Would definitely book there again.

Villa was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Kitchen had supply of coffee, tea and creamer which was a nice amenity. Laundry avail in the room made for easy wash & dry. Location was easy to find and nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown and many take away restaurants nearby. Best feature was the friendly and helpful managers Peter and Helen. They were always available to answer questions and setup bookings. Most highly recommend Royal Palm Villas. This was a great experience!

Service was great. Friendly, helpful. The unit was clean and very pleasant, peaceful decor. All appliances were in good working order. The bedding was comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

The location was great for touring the area, especially the Barrier Reef. The room was spacious and it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the room! The kitchen had everything you would need for simple meals. The couple that run the Villas are really nice and welcoming. You can walk to the beach and shopping and restaurants very easily.

comfortable stopover when travelling nth Qld would recommend to anyone. Peter was very friendly and efficient I would recommend staying here to anyone. Very handy to esplanade shopping restaurants. Quiet location generous size rooms all facilities clean and Well maintained. Will definitely be booking with Royal Palm Villas Cairns next time in Nth QLD

Very happy with accommodation. The lounge was very spacious, and the bedroom , if wanted, could be partitioned off. Lovely large shower cubicle, very comfy beds with crisp sheets, kitchenette fine, air conditioning that worked well, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bonus for us was that being on ground floor we also had a large patio area, totally private. Very clean throughout, would definitely stay there again.

Zentral gelegen. Ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Apartment (fehlt nur die Filterkaffeemaschine), netter Pool, liebe hilfsbereite Vermieter. Danke nochmal, daß wir während der Tauchkreuzfahrt den Mietwagen kostenlos parken durften! Eine runde Sache für relativ wenig Geld! Super Infoboard und tolle Tipps von Peter! Jederzeit wieder!

Très bien, très grand, très confortable. Peter est très sympathique et serviable. A savoir: il n'y a pas de service de ménage quotidien mais l'appartement était nickel et approvisionné à notre arrivée. Quartier un peu loin du port (30 minutes à pied) et sombre la nuit (pas très rassurant). Supermarché tout proche. Petite piscine

Having previously stayed in various places along Sheridan street, I was pleasantly surprised with the quietness of Royal Palm villages. Only one night did we hear the music of the restaurant at the back and did we need to close windows. Air condition is great at times like that.

We had a wonderful time in cairns , the accommodation and the owners were excellent, It was a quiet place not far away from anything. We had door to service with any of the tours that we had organised, so there was no need to hire a car.
